His commercial sales have primarily been mixed use, land and industrial in the $900,000 to $5 million range.
His career was launched in the Ventura/Oxnard area. After relocating in 1994 to Santa Barbara, Dan's territory of expertise expanded to also include Goleta, Hope Ranch, Montecito and Carpinteria.
